PC Engineering Debuts New Automatic Fillet Roller Machine at International Fastener Show
PC Engineering (PCE), a leading manufacturer of specialty machines and fixtures for the Aerospace and Commercial fastener industries debuted their all new Unibody design FR1700 Automatic Fillet Roller machine at this year’s International Fastener Expo, held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 17-19th. They conducted live demonstrations of their latest advanced equipment in booth #2342.
PC Engineering’s FR1700 offers the latest technology advancements in automatic fillet roller machines, providing the Aerospace fastener industry with precision quality machines that meet the stringent standards required by their customers. The new Unibody design reduces overall noise from the feeder bowl and dissipates vibration, producing a superior quality, smoother finish fastener. With a broad range of sizes and pressure ranges tailored to meet their customers’ needs, the FR1700 is designed to maximize the compressive strength and rigidity required for today’s Aerospace fasteners. The system utilizes state of the art Allen Bradley PLC/Controls made by Rockwell Automation, producing Smart machines that offer detailed reporting and controls, improving the quality and productivity of any manufacturing environment.
